Our Weatherization Assistance Program is designed to help reduce energy consumption by making your home more energy efficient. The program is not a renovation program; therefore, the program does not address cosmetic improvements or improvements which do not directly affect the heating and cooling of your home.
You must be income eligible to receive this service. Combined Community Action Weatherization program serves the following counties: Lee, Fayette, Hays, Bastrop, Blanco, Colorado, Ft. Bend, Austin, and Caldwell.
